Carl Frances Trevors
1945 – 2022
It is with heavy hearts that we, the family of Carl Trevors, husband of Sharon (McKnight) Trevors, announce his passing at Losier Hall on April 9, 2022 at the age of 76. He is survived by his three children: Aaron of Sunny Corner, Carrie of Cassilis and Carla O’Toole (Peter) of Strathadam; his grandchildren: Brooke, Bailey, Carlie, Camryn, Jacob and Caelan; his great grandchildren: Hudson and Sutton Rose; brothers: Reginald (Red Deer, Alberta), Joseph (Barnaby River), Carmen (Craigville), Gordon (Nelson-Miramichi), and Brian (Douglasfield); sisters: Margaret Stewart (Craigville) and Rosemary (Moncton). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Norman and Florence (Swain) Trevors; his brothers: Calvin, Charles, Norman Jr., Donald; his sisters: Norma and Marie.
Carl was an electrician by trade and an all-around handyman. Over the years, he greatly enjoyed spending time at his camp hunting, fishing and listening to his collection of old country classics. Most of all, he could not wait to get to the rink to watch his grandchildren play hockey. His family was very important to him, we were entertained on a regular basis by his funny stories and his humour, which was with him to the end.
A Celebration of Life will be held, Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Bell’s Funeral Home 651 King George Highway Miramichi, with visitation from 6-9 PM. Burial will take place at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Red Bank UCW, the Sunny Corner Arena, or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of Bell’s Funeral Home, 651 King George Highway, Miramichi, NB E1V 1N9. Telephone: 506-622-3600
