Lawrence Cardinal is survived by his sons, Shawn, Shane and Vincent; daughters, Michelle and Charmaine; sisters, Shirley Cardinal, Amy Lonesinger; grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by son, Ray Cardinal; father, Pete Cardinal, mother, Justine Cardinal; brothers, Napoleon, Johnny, Martin, Lloyd, Leonard and Gordon; sisters, Cecilia and Mary; niece, Vivian; grandmothers, Suzanna and Mary as well as his grandfather, Gabriel. Traditional Funeral Service was held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Jim Rattlesnake Building in Maskwacis, AB followed with the interment in the Samson Cree Nation Central Cemetery.
