W. Cameron Lefler passed peacefully into eternity on Feb 7, 2022 in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Shirley (Buck) for over 64 years. Cherished father of Sharon and Don McDonald, Sherwood and Shelley Lefler, Heather and Richard Rebuk and Heidi and Paul Jarrett. Much loved Grandpa to Jay and Theresa McDonald, Cassandra and Jeremy Peace-Hall, Braden and Amber Lefler, Tristan and Katie Lefler, Jaron and Robin Lefler, Shaina Lefler, Rhianna Lefler and Jorge, Caleb Rebuk and Stephanie and Hannah Rebuk. Great-grandfather to Samson, Roxanne, Cameron, Keara, Luke, Eli, John, Forrest, Harriet, Jaxson and Maverick. Predeceased by parents, Blake & Enid and sisters, Eva and Janet. Cameron is survived by his brother Malcolm, sister Norma Jean (Jed) Tisdale and brother-in-law Leslie Westbrook. A man of few words and much action, Cameron lived a life that exuded a strength of character that is truly rare. He demonstrated a godly life and showed daily that love is patient, love is kind. He loved his Saviour, he loved his family, he loved dancing with Shirley, he loved his orchids, he loved those Blue Jays and he loved a good laugh. He will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held at Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Waterford, on Friday February 11, 2022 from 3-5 and 7-9pm. Masks must be worn and social distancing must be observed. A private service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Oakland Scotland Community Church. www.thompsonmottfuneralhome.com
