Obituary
Passed on June 1, 2022
In his 91st year, Cam, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, passed June 1st, 2022 while surrounded by his family, reciting poetry and flashing his wit to the very end. Cam was the 12th of a sibling group of 14.
He leaves to mourn his wife, Eleanor, of 64 years, his sons Cam Jr. (Colleen), Kerry (Sandi), Ken (Laurel) and daughter Kathryn, four grandsons, four granddaughters, three great-granddaughters and one great-grandson.
Cam will be remembered fondly by the students of Sargent Park Junior High, where he taught during the 60s, 70s and 80s. After retiring from teaching in ’85 he fulfilled his love of the farm by developing a milking dairy. Cam was active in the community of Warren serving on many town, church, hockey and baseball Boards and Committees. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and regularly travelled to watch their hockey and baseball games across western Canada.
He could always be counted on for his quick wit and jokes at family gatherings which frequently included live music supplied by the Baldwin clan. Dad will be deeply missed by his family, and we’ll cherish the good times and memories he provided for us throughout the years.
A celebration of Life will be held on June 18th, 2022, at Stonewall Legion Hall 1-5 p.m. A family graveside interment arranged. Memorial donations may be made to the Warren United Church Memorial Fund, or to a charity of your choice.
