CALVIN EDWARD ANDERSON
March 3, 1969 – June 30, 2022
Calvin was born March 3, 1969 in Wetaskiwin, AB and passed away on June 30, 2022. He loved kids, animals, country life, country music, trucking and all his friends and family. He loved old John Wayne movies and Johnny Cash songs. Probably one of the highlights of his life was his trip across Canada to haul equipment for the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Toronto, and the Tim Hortons Brier in St. Johns, Newfoundland. He was also proud to haul water to fight the forest fires in Fort McMurray.
He is survived by his parents, Lorne and Sharon; brothers, Laine (Krista) and Alden; four nieces, Ashtyn (Tyler), Hulaina, Toni-Lynn and Jayla-Lea; four nephews, Shaey, Chas, Alexander and Ivan; two great-nieces, Danika and Emberly; as well as his uncles, Sid and Sandie Anderson, Rod Hamilton; aunt, Judy (Steve) Fowler; cousin, Jason; aunt, Laurie Hamilton, and his cousin, Lynette (Matt) Marchesi.
Calvin was predeceased by his grandparents, Carl & Bernice Hamilton and Charlie & Dorothy Anderson; uncle, Garry Anderson; cousin, Maureen Geisler and his sister-in-law, Valerie Brown.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mulhurst Community Hall.
