It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Calvin Barry Martin, born to Evelyn Harris & Barry Martin on April 7th 1988 in Victoria, BC. Calvin is survived by his mother Evelyn, his brother Shayne (Holly & Sophia), many members of the Harris Family & his beloved dog Brutus. Calvin’s untimely passing occurred on January 5th in Chilliwack BC and has left us all heartbroken & trying our best to make sense of this tragedy. Calvin spent his childhood & early adult years in the Cowichan Valley where he met many of his lifelong friends including his best buddies Calvin O, Robert, Ryan & Matt. The majority of Calvin’s adult years were spent working pipeline jobs in Alberta, meeting new friends and gaining life experience. When Cal wasn’t working he enjoyed gaming and spending time outdoors with his friends. Calvin will be best remembered for his smile that could light up a room and a sense of humour to match it. His generosity and willingness to help his friends is something that will never be forgotten.
Every step I take, every move I make
Every single day, every time I pray
I’ll be missing you !!!
