Obituary of Bruce LeClair
The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 of John “Bruce” LeClair of Charlottetown, age 67 years.
Beloved husband of Winnie (Bell). Dear father of Catherine Gregory (Chad), Krista Perry, Karen LeClair (Carl Barton), Erin Tulle (George), Mark (Amy). Grandfather of Tyler, Riley, Casey, Cole, Kate, William, Gaige, Sadie, Brooklyn and Hayley. Brother of Gerarda Petty (Bart), Wayne (Roberta), Bobby (Shirley), Jeff (Myrna), Larry (Marta) And Nancy Ford (Darcy). Brother-in-law of Art Hughes and Mary Mercer (Nathan). Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Ferdie and Hazel (Gallant) LeClair and his sister Cindy Hughes.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 22, 2022 at 10:30 am from the Hillsboro Funeral Home for John “Bruce” LeClair of Charlottetown. Following the funeral service, the family will gather for prayers at Bruce’s gravesite at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown, after which a time of fellowship and refreshments will be held at the Brackley Commons. Everyone is welcome to join the family during this time of remembrance.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the PEI Lung Association.
