Bruce Campbell 2022

Bruce Angus Campbell, 82 of Oakville Ontario, passed away at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on June 26, 2022. Born and raised in Stratford Ontario, he was the son of the late Angus and Edna (nee Seebach) Campbell of Stratford.
Bruce was a member of the St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. He played trombone in the boys band in Stratford and for many years in the Oakville citizens band. He joined the OPP in 1964 and was transferred to Oakville where he proudly served as a police officer out of the Oakville and Burlington detachments until his retirement in 1994.
He is survived by his loving wife Norma (nee Gibbons); daughter Debbie and husband Rob Mitchell, Grandson Jacob Mitchell, Granddaughter Leah Mitchell and honorary grandson Trevor gosling; Sister Catherine and husband (George) Alles and family of Harrow; Sister Donna and husband (John) English and family of Stratford and many nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Friday, July 8, 2022 at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers please donate to the charity of your choice. 519.271.7411 www.wgyoungfuneralhome.com
