Bridget Judy Essensa
1941-2022
Bridget J. Essensa of Harvey, York County, NB, wife of Lawrence
Essensa passed away peacefully on June 16, 2022 surrounded by her
family, at Hospice Fredericton. She was born at Leipzig, Germany in
1941, a daughter of the late Oswald and Selma (Geissler) Lage-Schulte.
Bridget was a kind, caring, selfless, loving person that touched the
lives of many. She was a model of love, compassion and generosity.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Rickey
Essensa (Debbie), Cindy Essensa (Mike) and Kim Essensa; her
grandchildren, Michelle Levesque (Jordan), Denise Paisley (Brad), Nick
Cleghorn (Jess), Cody Cleghorn (Dina), Colette Pope, Thomas Murphy
(Jey) and Nicole Murphy (Christian) and her great grandchildren,
Layna, Carter, Carsen, Grace, Sam and Lydia.
Visiting hours will be held at Swan Funeral Chapel, 1826 Route 3,
Harvey Station, NB on Sunday, June 19, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. A
funeral service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 3 p.m. with
Rev. Kay Clowater officiating.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Bridget, the family
has suggested Hospice Fredericton and Harvey Elementary School
Breakfast Program.
