Obituary of Brian Wallace Edwards
Peacefully surrounded by family at home in Leamington on Sunday September 25, 2022.
Brian Wallace Edwards beloved husband of Bobbi (Goodison) Edwards. Born in England in 1942, son of the late Florence “Hilda” (Dilly) and Edward Edwards.
Brian worked at Heinz, volunteered at Community Living in Chatham and was a member of the Wheatley Baptist Church. Brian was a devoted Toronto Maple Leaf and Tottenham Hotspurs fan.
Loving father of Leigh (Chantal), Gareth (Deb), Ashley and Bryn (Kennedy). Loving grandfather to Devin, Grace, Gavin, Abby and Brody. Brother of Roger (Jenny) of England. Predeceased by sisters Pat Colby and Margaret (Midge) Atkins.
Special son-in-law of Bob and Shelley Goodison, brother-in-law of Michael (Denise) Goodison. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to the home care team, Saint Elizabeth Health Care Team, and the Hospice of Windsor and Es County for all of their support.
As were the family’s wishes, there will be no funeral home visitation or service at this time.
Cremation has taken place.
Donations to the Hospice of Windsor and the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
