Brian Raymond Joseph Potter 1950 2021

On the afternoon of Wednesday October 27, 2021, Brian Raymond Joseph, our dear Poppa passed away at the age of 71 years.
Brian had a real talent for mechanics. His troubleshooting skills and knowledge left him as a respected mechanic with a stellar reputation. Brian enjoyed spending time with his family. He was very proud of his Icelandic heritage. He enjoyed taking road trips and had a sweet tooth for his sister’s mince meat tarts and vinaterta. Brian also had a sweet place is in heart for Violet’s goodnight hugs and kisses.
He will be greatly missed by his life partner Karen Roberts, son Raymond (grandson William), Christopher Potter; stepdaughter, Leeann (Kyle) Larsen (grandchildren Kallum, Quinton and Violet), stepson Gavin, (Daesha) Roberts (grandchildren Ash and Wren), as well as siblings Gayle (Glen) Mayer, Arlene Potter, and brother-in-law Doug Luke. He will also be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews extended family and dear friends. He is now eternally joined with his parents; Stanley and Kathlin (Edna) Potter; siblings Lorene Luke, and Wayne (Shirley) Potter; grandparents.
A private family service will be held at the Affinity Funeral Service Chapel with Nonie Ouellet officiating. Brian’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Halliday and the medical staff for their patience and kindness during this difficult time.
If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made directly to a Charity of Choice.
