Brian’s Obituary
GREEN’S POINT – Brian Keith George, 53, Maritime Oddfellows Home, Pictou, formerly of Green’s Point, passed away peacefully, Saturday, January 29, 2022.
Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of Frederick Arthur George and the late Catherine Louise (Ouellette) George. Prior to the onset of Huntington’s disease, Brian was employed with the former Save Easy, New Glasgow. He enjoyed music, fishing and was an avid hunter. Above all, he was a loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend.
Surviving are his father, Fred George, Green’s Point; siblings, Steven (Marie) George, Green’s Point; Angela (Rod) Fogarty, Westville; Rhonda George, Lake Echo; Mike (Shari) George, Weymouth; several nieces and nephews; many cousins.
Besides his mother, Kay, he was predeceased by brother, Freddy.
A private funeral service will be held in P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson officiating.
