The Forristall family is heartbroken to announce the passing of our precious Husband, Father, Grampy, Brother, Friend, Brian Forristall. Brian passed away suddenly but peacefully on December 20, 2022, at the Health Sciences Centre, surrounded by his loving family,
Predeceased by his parents, Frank and Helen Forristall and his parents-in- law, Frank and Patricia Horwood and Poppy Ron.
Leaving to mourn the love of his life, his darling wife of 47 years, Barb (Horwood). His two darling daughters Jennifer Prim (Josh) and Ashley Hurley (Dion). His three grandchildren, who he loved with all his heart, Alexander Prim, Aiden Hurley and Isla Hurley.
Also leaving to mourn our dear beloved brother are his siblings: Frank & Joan Forristall, Maureen & Gerry Veitch, Denise & Mike Dodd, and Brenda & Bill Gaulton. His siblings- in-law: Gary Horwood & Ruth Ann English, Terry Horwood, Janice Horwood & Larry Rosa Bian and Paul & Patsy Horwood, as well as his sisters-in-law Barb Horwood and Pam Horwood.
Brian also leaves to mourn a large circle of family and special friends.
The family would like to extend thanks and gratitude for his care to the Doctors, Nurses Paramedics and Staff of the Health Sciences Centre emergency department and cardiac care team.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation and celebration of life mass to be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation.
