COLLINGWOOD, Brian (September 29th, 1961 – July 11th, 2022)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of Brian, who passed peacefully surrounded by his girls on July 11th, after a year long battle with cancer.
Brian was a devoted husband to his wife Lisa, exceptional father to Samantha and Alexandra (Carter), and loving brother to Bruce (Evelyn) and Julie (Bob).
Brian had many passions in life including spending hours in the garden, going on outdoor adventures, and exploring all that his community had to offer. Brian spent two decades as a member at Craigleith Ski Club where he shared many winters with his amazing friends doing what he loved.
Brian was known for his constant hard work, his love of his family and friends, and his willingness to go above and beyond at any moment for those he loved.
We would like to extend our gratitude to those at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital and Hospice Georgian Triangle that helped support Brian in his final weeks.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Georgian Triangle or Blue Mountain Watershed Trust can be made in Brian’s memory.
