It is with great sadness that the family of James Bradford
“Knuckles” Brown of Carlingford, NB, announce his passing at
home on Saturday, March 19, 2022.
Brad was born in Perth-Andover, NB, on July 19, 1956. He was the son
of the late Merle “Bud” and Verna (Shannon) Brown. Brad
leaves behind his loving wife of 47 years, Sheila Brown (Kennedy); his
daughter, Tasha Spittle (Troy) of Grand Falls, NB; his son, Tyler
Brown of Calgary, AB; his grandchildren, Logan Spittle (Kristin), Cody
Spittle (Casey), Kaylea Spittle, and Chandler Spittle; his sisters,
Laney Brown-Sullivan of Saint John, NB, Rose Mary Brown-Parlee (Greg)
of Saint John, NB, Lynn Burley (Mike) of Musquash, NB; his brothers,
Eldon Brown (Janice) of Quipamsis, NB, Michael Brown (Darlene) of
Hanwell, NB, David Brown (Lynn) of Fredericton, NB, and Robert
Hitchcock (Shelly) of Musquash, NB; his mother-in-law, Freda Pirie
(Jim) of Perth-Andover, NB; Sheila’s sisters, Roxane Walton (Dana) of
Upper Kent, NB, and Rhonda Sutthery (Kyle) of Arthurette, NB; along
with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Brad was predeceased by his parents; his grandparents, Merle and Grace
Brown; his sister, Laura Brown-Cyr, and his father-in-law, Vaughn
Kennedy.
Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Thursday from 5-8
pm. A service celebrating Brad’s life will be held on Thursday, March
24, 2022 at 8 pm from the funeral home. Rev. David Ferrell
officiating.
For those who wish, memorial donations to the Southern Victoria Cancer
Assistance Fund or to the Victoria Tobique Minor Hockey Association
would be appreciated by the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB.
