Obituary of Blanche Mary Billard
It is with profound sadness that the family of the late Blanche Mary Billard annouce her passing on January 26, 2022 at the Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 75 years.
Blanche leaves to mourn with loving memories six sons and one daughter: Chris, Arnold, Gael (Gerard), Gabe (Novelee), Warren (Delilah), Guy (Blanca) and Wade (Mandy); ten grandchildren: Marlana, Justine, Brittney, Amy, Joseph, Ethan, Cole, Alicia, Wyatt and Luca; six great grandchildren: Lucy, Lilly, Liam, Grayson, Noah and Luke; her brother, Andy and partner Martin, as well as a large circle of family and friends.
Blanche was predeceased by parents, Sylvester and Ellen Mary; her husband, Walter Billard Jr.; sisters, Susan, Evelyn, Lena, Ellen Mary and Martha; brothers, Urin, Peter, Sylvester, Christopher and Michael.
Visitation will take place at St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church in Port au Choix on Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. In keeping with current pandemic protocols, visitation will be Faith Based with a limit of 10 people per viewing; masks are to be worn at all times, contact tracing and social distancing are required.
Private Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 2:30 pm by invitation only. Father Raj officiating. Interment to follow at the Interfaith Cemetery following the mass.
