Obituary of Beverly Joan Hunt (Green)
After a lengthy illness, Beverly passed away peacefully at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital in Napanee on Thursday, December 30, 2021, two days prior to her 75th birthday. Beloved wife of the late Francis Hunt. Loving mother of Jackie (Randy), Jim (Lori), Joe (Janice) and Jason. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Kayla, Dylan, Larissa, Tiffany and Alexandra and great grandchildren Anthony, Jaxxon and Lucas. Dear sister of Pat Galbraith (Tim Andrews), Don (Liz), Mary McNeil (Donald), Bob (Madeline) and David (Holly). Fondly remembered by many brothers and sisters-in-law, and by many nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Donald and Marie Green.
The family will receive friends at the Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0 (613-386-7373) on Tuesday, January 4th from 2 – 4 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Centreville on Wednesday, January 5th at 2 pm. Rite of Committal will follow in St. Anthony’s Cemetery. Maximum capacity in the church is 75. If the capacity is reached and you cannot enter, you can listen to the Mass from the church parking lot on 89.3 FM. Masks and physical distancing are required for both the visitation and the Funeral Mass. Special thanks to all the staff in the CCU at L&A Hospital, your kindness and care will never be forgotten.
For those desiring, memorial donations to the L&A Hospital Foundation or Muscular Dystrophy Canada would be appreciated in her memory.
