Obituary of Beverley Edna Brown
BROWN, Beverley Edna Craymer (June 14, 1940 – March 11, 2022) – Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 11, 2022 at the age of 81 years.
Beverley Brown (nee Craymer) of Westmeath, beloved wife of Dr. C. Donald Brown. Loving mother of Allison Brown, C. Donald Brown Jr. (Angela) and Dr. James Brown (Diane). Lovingly remembered by 9 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Daughter of the late James Francis Craymer and Doriel “Dolly” Craymer (nee Anderson). She leaves behind her sister Marilyn MacMillan (Bain), sister-in-law Helen Brown Otto (Dr. Fred), brother-in-law Jud Hefler (late Eleanor Brown) and many nieces and nephews.
Beverley was a teacher and librarian. She taught several years in North York and Pembroke (Fellowes High School).
Beverley was a wonderful mother, wonderful wife and wonderful person.
Respecting Beverley’s wishes, cremation has taken place. No wake nor funeral, a gathering of friends and relatives in Memory of Beverley will take place in late spring, when flowers are in bloom and the grass is green. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Red Cross, Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal appreciated.
