POWERS, Beverley Gertrude (nee
Hillen)
Passed away at Hospice Wellington on Wednesday, July 20,
2022. Predeceased by her husband William Powers (2011).
She will be remembered by her son Bradley (Melanie) and
daughter Barbara (Stephen) all of Guelph. Proud grandmother
of Miranda (Daniel) of Toronto, Scott and Mason of Guelph and step
grandmother of Danielle and her daughter Mia also of
Guelph.
Bev spent the past few years making friendships and memories
with the staff and residents at Stone Lodge. She will be
remembered fondly by all her friends there and by Morgan Anderson of
Guelph.
Thank you to Dr. Thornton for all the years of care and to
the staff at the Guelph General Hospital and Hospice Wellington for
the kindness given to mom.
Cremation has taken place and a private graveside service
will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers,
donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Hospice
Wellington. Arrangements entrusted to the
Gilchrist Chapel McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home,
