Passed away in her 99th year, on Tuesday March 15, 2022 at Wentworth Lodge, Dundas. Predeceased by her husband Donald Baker, her first husband Russell Zimmerman, and her son Jim Zimmerman (Marion). Loving mother of Linda and †Neil Vanderkruk. Cherished grandmother of Tracy (Brennan), Barb (Ian), Jim Jr (Sandra), great-grandmother of Logan, Lacey, Journey, Brady, Isla, Melanie (Denny), Sherry, and Jamey, and great-great grandmother of Desiree and Rowland. Survived by her sister, sister-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at KITCHING STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Friday, March 18, 2022 from 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. Betty will be laid to rest with her husband Russell Zimmerman at Carlisle Cemetery.
If desired, a donation in memory of Betty to Wentworth Lodge, Dundas would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
