Beryl Evelyn Gruchy
September 30, 1934 – March 19, 2022
Beryl was born the third child of Frank and Bertha Strickert on September 30, 1934. She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years Victor Gruchy; daughters Betty and Christine (born asleep); grandchild Anastasia Lee; great grandchild Harvey Harris; sister Doris Ross; brother Lloyd Strickert.
Beryl is survived by her 6 daughters: Esther Lee (Albert), Holly Berkan (Terry), Diane Salmond (Peter), Arlene Schapansky (Kelvin), Leona Kent (Fraser), Kathleen Bute (Ron); son in law Ronald Howard; 20 grandchildren; and 48 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 2 pm in the Strasbourg Alliance Church, 218 Prospect Avenue, Strasbourg, SK. The service will be livestreamed to the Conley Funeral Home Facebook page. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the Last Mountain Pioneer Home, Box 549, Strasbourg, SK.
