Lambertus (Bert) Volkert Jan Van Hove, age 80, peacefully passed away to be with his Lord and Saviour on October 3, 2022, at Czorny Alzheimer Centre.
Bert was born August 17, 1942, to Adriana and Volkert Van Hove in Alphen Ann Den Ryn, Netherlands. The Van Hove family immigrated to Canada in 1952. On August 19, 1966, Bert married Anne (Trommel), and together were parents to 5 children.

He enjoyed long walks on the beach and watching the sunset.

He was predeceased by his daughter Paula, daughter-in-law Natasha, parents Volkert and Adriana, brother Frederik and sister Elly.
