LEHMAN, Bernard James “Bernie” – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Bernie at Caressant Care Nursing Home on Friday, February 11th, 2022, in his 80th year. Loving son of the late Bernard and Marcia Lehman. Beloved husband of Kanita Lehman and the late Lois Lehman (nee Dee). Dear father to Bernie Lehman and his wife Eve Duchesne, and Amanda Rupke and her husband Spencer. Proud grandfather to Leif, Luka, Marie-Josef, Jean Pierre, Jacob, and Mia. Ever remembered by his brothers-in-law Norm Platt, Ed Dee, Tom Dee, and sister-in-law Carole Dee. Predeceased by his sister Shirl Platt. The family will receive friends at the RUSHNELL FUNERAL HOME 60 Division St., Trenton (613-392-2111) on Saturday, February 19th, 2022 from 1:00p.m. till 3:00p.m. A private family service will be held after the visitation. Due to the current restrictions in place, masks must be worn, social distancing must be followed, and contact tracing will be taken. To attend the visitation, attendees must call the funeral home between the hours of 8:30 – 4:30p.m. by calling (613-392-2111) to book a 15 minute time slot.
