Barry O’Keefe
It is with profound sadness that the family announces his passing in Sudbury, May 17, 2022 at the age of 68 years. Son of the late Ronald and late Jesse (née Patey) O’Keefe. Beloved husband of 41 years to Jenny O’Keefe. Devoted father of April (Felix), Bridget (Yvan) and Dustin (Audrey). Dear brother of Claira (late Gus), Patsy (late Kevin) and Agnes (Randy). Predeceased by his siblings Bob (late Anne), Courtney (Theresa), Anne, and Belinda (late Gene). Cherished grandfather of Courtney, Lundun, Willow and Ryder. Equally missed by all extended O’Keefe and Clance families, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Barry will be remembered for his big heart and the love for his family. Anyone who had the privilege of meeting him can attest this. The family would like to thank all the staff at Health Sciences North for their care and compassion for him, especially the staff in the ICU. As per the family’s wishes, a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
