It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful but sudden passing of our beautiful, beloved mother, grandmother, wife, aunt and friend, Barbara Ann Mitchell on Monday August 15, 2022 at the age of 76.
Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Alice Manning; step-mother Gertrude Manning; brother Jerome Manning and sister Alice Murphy (Doug).
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving, treasured memories, her husband of 52 years Les; daughters Suzanne Codner (Sean), Joanne Tucker (Gerry), Ester Neary (Barry), Lesley Mitchell (Michael); her most precious grandchildren whom she loved with her whole heart, Grace, Danylia, Emily, Ashley, Ava, Lacey and Liam; her niece Kelly Blenkinsopp (Rich), Chris Mitchell and many long-time friends too numerous to mention.
We would like to send gratitude to the PCSP first responders, St. John’s Regional Fire Department, Eastern Health Paramedics, police officers, Dr. Santhi Murthy and Caul’s Funeral Home.
Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Wednesday from 6pm-9pm and on Thursday from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm.
Funeral Service to be announced.
