Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Saturday, March 5, 2022 embraced in the love of her family, our beloved mother Barbara (Barb) Gollop (nee Dalton) in her 70th year. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Kathleen Dalton, her best friend and partner Donald (Doc) Doyle brother William Dalton and granddaughter Barbara Marie Gollop. Moms children and her grandchildren were her entire world. She loved all of us in her own unique way. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children Cindy, Calvin (Pam), Crystal (Jason) and Trevor (Kim) and her precious grandchildren Courtney (Nick), Shianne, Makayla, Callie, Kacie, Anakin, Riley and Jaycee and one great grandldaughter Madelyn. Siblings Jenny (Rusty), Michael (Cathy), Debbie, Kim and sister-in-law Marie Dalton as well as nieces, nephews, special aunt Eileen Watson and extended family and friends. Special lifelong family and friends Clarence and Jen Gollop, Gordon and Diane Gollop and Edmund Rice. Heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and staff of 4 west, Dr Iqbal and her speciality team, her nurse Mykenzi for her compassion and care. She was moms angel. We would also like to thank Jackie Rice for being there for mom and the family at the time of her passing, we are forever grateful. Visitation at Caul’s Funeral Home LeMarchant Road on Sunday, April 10,2022 from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.- 9 p.m. Funeral service Monday, April 11, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Caul’s Chapel. As expressions of sympathy flowers and donations greatly appreciated at the time of service. Donations can also be made to non-profit volunteer association. Mom loved helping people and communities.
