On Wednesday, March 2, 2022, Tony De Lucia peacefully passed at Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care in his 88th year. Tony was the beloved husband of Carmela, and cherished father of Phil (the recently deceased Antoinette) and Vito (Jacqueline). Loving nonno of Daniela (John), the late Juliana, Marcella, Leanna, Michael, Katie, and great-nonno of Arianna and Nathan. Dear brother of Rosina, predeceased by brother Angelo and sister Angiolina. Tony loved his family, tending to his garden, orchard, vineyard, and making his own wine. The family would like to thank the staff of Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care (2nd floor) for their compassionate caregiving. Friends and family will be received at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Tony are asked to consider Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care or the Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal – Red Cross Canada.
