Passed away peacefully, on November 28, 2022 at Sun Parlor Long-term Care at the age of 86. Predeceased by her husband Victor (2000). Loving mother of Victor Jr., Christine Cervi (Mike), and Doris Tennant (Shannon). Survived by her sister Marta of Slovenia. Predeceased by her siblings; Milan and Tinica.
Antonia will be remembered for her love of cooking, baking and tending to her garden. She loved her Slovenian heritage, dancing and listening to traditional polka music. Antonia brought joy to others with her loving and nurturing ways.
Special thank you to the staff at Sun Parlor Home for their dedicated care and compassion to our Mom. It was always comforting for us to know how well she was being looked after. Thank you again to a really great team for all your kindness and hard work.
If you so desire, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Es County would be appreciated by family. Visitation Monday, December 5th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. On Tuesday, December 6, 2022 family and friends are requested to meet at Corpus Christi Church, 1400 Cabana Rd. West for funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Burial Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
