1933-2022
Antoine Maillet, 89, of Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche, passed
away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Manoir Saint-Jean
Baptiste on Sunday December 11, 2022. He was married to the late
Hélèna (LeBlanc) Maillet (2021). Born in
Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, he was the son of the late André and the
late Zélia (Belliveau) Maillet.
He will be sadly missed by his four children; Denise Maillet, Michelle
Favreau (Jim), Raymond (Peggy) all of Shirley, MA, Richard of Bangor,
ME, his five grandchildren; Joshua, Danielle, Julie, Hailey, Jakob as
well as three great grandchildren; Rosalee, Adyson and Emmett. He
also leaves to mourn his three sisters; Rita Nowlan of
Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Cécile Richard of Fredericton, Andréa
Allain (Paul) of Hudson, MA, his four brothers; Alonzo of Saint-Paul,
Joseph (Anne-Marie) of Clinton, MA, Léo-Paul (Jeannita) of
Montreal, Aldérice (Anne-Marie) of Sudbury, MA and several
nephews and nieces.
Antoine was predeceased by four brothers; Néri, Yvon,
Désiré and Albéo.
Visitations and a funeral Mass will be held in April 2023, the time
and date will be updated on the web site as we get closer to the date.
In Antoine’s memory, donations may be made to the Manoir
Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche.
The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff of the
Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste for the wonderful care given to
Antoine.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
