Annie Herchak
1916-2022
Annie was born to Peter and Mary Lysak on August 14, 1916, at Domremy, SK. She was married to John Herchak on May 27, 1934 and they lived in the St. Jude district until 1942, when they moved to a farm in the Holbein district where they raised their family.
Leaving to mourn her passing are her children: Paul (Doreen) Herchak, Sally Bissonnette, Terry (Linda) Herchak, Iris (Harry) Minifie; eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and sister Stella Sinclair.
Annie is predeceased by her husband John (1984), her parents, sisters: Olga and Emily Lysak, Mary Shwarok and Cecilia Carter, grandson Timothy Herchak and son-in-law Edward Bissonnette.
Service of Remembrance will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Grays Funeral Chapel- 575 28 Street West Prince Albert, SK. Interment will follow at St. Jude Cemetery in the Wakaw District, SK. In lieu of other tributes donations in Annie’s memory can be made to the Rose Garden Hospice-1403 Central Ave Ste 450, Prince Albert SK S6V7J4. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, (306-922-4729).
