Obituary
With heavy hearts, we said goodbye to our beloved mum, Annie Coyne, on December 3, 2022 at the age of 90.
Mum was born in Glasgow, Scotland on December 27, 1931. She married her loving husband, Ronald on November 29, 1952 and emigrated to Canada with dad and her family in 1958. Mum was a founding, life time member of The North Bay Robbie Burns Club and cherished the lifelong friendships that her and dad were lucky enough to develop, while celebrating “Scotlands Favourite son.” Mum and dad were married 56 years before dad’s passing in 2008. Mum was passionate about golf and continued to play with friends and family into her 80’s. She loved to walk the mall and enjoy coffee with friends and family well into her 80’s. She was a giving person who donated to many causes and charities over the years.
Loving mother of John(Gerry), Margaret(Dean) and Ron(Jan). Predeceased by granddaughter Mandy Coyne. Mum (Gran) cherished her 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Cremation has occurred. A memorial mass will be celebrated at Holy Name of Jesus Church on Friday December 29, 2022 at 11 am. Donations are suggested to the Canadian Cancer Society and would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Online condolences may be made at www.mcguintyfuneralhome.com
