It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Annie Mae Haskell of Grand Bank announces her passing. Annie passed away surrounded by her loving family at the Blue Crest Nursing Home in Grand Bank on Friday, August 12th, 2022, at the age of 73.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her husband Leslie of 55 yrs.; sons, Corey Haskell of Alberta, Colin Haskell (Amy) of Grand Bank; 4 grandchildren, Kayla, Jordan, Kyle, Haley; sisters, Carol Hicks (Duke) of Grand Bank, Mary Tapper of Frenchman’s Cove; sisters in-law, Myrna Keats (Baxter) of St. John’s, Beatrice Howse (Joe) of St. John’s, Ruby Mitchell of St. John’s; brother in-law, George Haskell of St. Lawrence; many nieces and nephews; plus a large circle of extended family and friends. Annie was predeceased by son, Kyle; parents, John Ben & Elizabeth Warren; parents in-law, Chesley & Effie Haskell; brothers in-law, Don Tapper & Bill Mitchell, John Warren – Father, Elizabeth Warren – Mother
The Haskell Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home, Grand Bank on Sunday, August 14th, 2022 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm and Monday, August 15th, 2022 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. Chapel Funeral will take place at Wiseman’s Funeral Home, Grand Bank on Monday, August 15th, 2022 at 3:00 pm. Interment to follow at Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery.
In Annie’s memory donations may be made to Daffodil House, 70 Ropewalk Lane, St. John’s, NL A1E 5T2 or flowers gratefully accepted.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Wiseman’s Funeral Homes – Grand Bank.
