She was born May 22,1922 in Vivian, Manitoba to her parents Christine and William Hadden. She shared many memories of her childhood growing up in a big family. Mom loved puttering in her yard with her flower gardens, volunteering at Sir Sam Steele legion and playing bingo. She was a very independent women who was small in stature but mighty in personality and at the age of 95 moved to River Ridge Retirement Home where she lived until her passing.
The family is grateful to the caring staff where she was respected and well taken care of in her last years. A thank you to Maria for the special times you spent with our mom.
