Suddenly but peacefully on November 12, 2022 at Hillsdale Estates in Oshawa at the age of 80. Beloved wife of John Marshall and the late Aage Nielsen. Dear step-mother of Jorgen Nielsen, Zsa-Zsa Nielsen, Bruce (Alice Kadlec) Marshall, James (Lan) Marshall and David (Elaine) Marshall. Step-grandmother of Andrew, Melody, Stuart and Lindsay. Cherished aunt of Janet (David) Risher and Lynda (Marc) Lidwill. Great-aunt of Alexander, Erik, Jake (Cassandra) and great-great–aunt of Vivian. Predeceased by her sister Iola. Longtime parishioner and choir member at St. Mark’s United Church. Visitation will be held at W.C. Town Funeral Chapel, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 2 – 4pm and 7 – 9pm. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Mark’s United Church, 201 Centre Street South, Whitby on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 1pm. Cremation with interment at Little Lake Cemetery in Peterborough. If desired memorial donation may be made to St. Mark’s United Church and condolences may be expressed online at wctownfuneralchapel.com.
