Richardson, Ann Jennifer
January 26, 1935 – July 21, 2022
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ann Jennifer Richardson (Findlay) in her 88th year on July 21st, 2022, peacefully, with family at her side.
Jennifer will be dearly missed by her loving children, Wendy (Robert), George (Mary), and Stephen (Brenda). She will be lovingly missed by her grandchildren, Bronwyn and Bryor, Kristen and Gordon, and Matthew and Liam. She is predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Peter, and brother Dan Findlay (Beverly). She will be sadly missed by her loving niece Jennifer Gibson, and nephew Bruce Findlay.
Jennifer’s early years were in Carleton Place before meeting Peter at Carleton College and starting their life together. Her favourite place to be, was the cabin in Algonquin Park where she could sit and enjoy family and friends.
Thank you to Cama Woodlands for taking great care of her, and a special thank you to the staff of Cedarview wing at Cama who treated her like family. A special thank you as well to Reverend Sharlene Henderson who provided guidance and compassion at the time of passing for Jennifer and her family.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada would be appreciated.
