Obituary
Ann Hasselman was born May 16, 1935, in Chalfont Saint Giles, England to Phil and Gert Rickard. The family immigrated to Canada in March, 1947. Ann married Hans (Slim) Hasselman on October 17, 1958 and became a farm wife. Together they raised four boys farming at Pincher Creek, then Parkland, and Claresholm. Ann and Slim decided to try something different and bought a fish farm at Wyndell B.C. They stayed there until they retired back to Pincher Creek.
Ann was predeceased by her parents, her sister Margaret Keer, brother in-law Ron Keer, brother Roger Rickard, sister in-law Linda Rickard, brother in-law Jim Clark.
Ann is survived by her husband Hans (Slim) Hasselman, brother Pete Rickard (Joan) brother Phil Rickard, sister inlaw Velma Rickard, brother in-law Karl Hasselmann (Marge) sister in-law Mac Clark, sons Keith (Glenna), Phil (Shannon), Brian, James, grandchildren Sheena (Mike), Morgan, Kaleena (Devon), Joel, Troy, Trinity, Jessica (Brant), Tamara, Krystal (Cassidy), great grandchildren Hunter, Kendra, Skylar, Zoey
A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday,
February 26th at 2:00pm at the Trinity Lutheran Church
