Angus Joseph Mallaley
(March 10,1936 – January 16, 2022)
The death of Angus Joseph Mallaley of Lorne occurred at Chaleur Regional Hospital on January 16, 2022 at the age of 85. Born in Lorne he was the son of the late Joseph and Evangeline (LaPointe) Mallaley.
Angus is survived by his wife Edna; children Bonnie Hickey (Leon) of Lorne, Danny (Barbara) of Lorne, Betty Huard (Bruce) of Lorne, Tammy Mallaley (Malcom) of Lorne, Angus Jr. (Colette) of Lorne, Stacy (Sherrie) of Bloomfield Ridge NB; Stepchildren Wanda, Donna, Leonard, Donald; 18 grandchildren; 7 step grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 7 step great grandchildren;1 step great great grandchild as well as siblings Anna, Jacqueline, Andrew, Alan, Evans, Darlene.
He was predeceased by his parents, first wife Charlotte;1 stepson Wayne and 2 step grandchildren Nelson and Khloe; brothers Ralph, Ernest, and Murray; sisters Cecile,Sylvia and Ernestine.
Angus “man” Dad Grampie Papa you were the best husband father grandfather brother and friend that anyone could ask for. You taught us a lot, be kind, help one another love one another and God. You are at rest now no more pain we all love you so so much we will love and miss you forever.
Interment will be held at the New Mills Protestant Cemetery May 29 at 2PM with a celebration of life to be held at the Lorne Recreation centre following the burial. Arrangements are in the care of MacMilan Funeral Home, Black Point.
