Born July 20, 2000 in Meadow Lake, SK, Angela passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 4, 2022 in Regina SK at the age of 22 years.
Angela is lovingly survived by her mother Wanda Dzik; father Joseph Andrews Sr.; daughter Raelynn Sapphire Andrews; sister Destiny Dzik; brothers Korey Dzik, Joseph Andrews and Christopher; grandmother Doreen Forden; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She is predeceased by her grandparents and great grandparents.
Thank you to the wonderful team at Regina General Hospital that cared for Angela since October 1, 2022 until her passing on October 4, 2022.
Funeral Service will be held at the Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK, on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 3:30 p.m.
