Angela’s Obituary
Ingraham, Angela – 42, Oxford, passed away December 16, 2022. Born in Amherst, she was a daughter of Linda (Allen) McCabe and the late Roger McCabe. Besides her mother, Linda McCabe, she is survived by her sons, Ty (Katy) and Cohen Ingraham; brother, Wesley (Jamie) McCabe; sister, Ashley (Mike) Hudson; nieces and nephew, Darian (Cody) and Dyson (Emma) McCabe; Aubree and Cali Hudson; aunts, Sharon Rankin and Debbie Allen; uncles, Willie Allen and JR (Heather) Allen; many cousins; her childhood friend, Marcie Colpitts; and her beloved dog, Harley. She was predeceased by her father, Roger McCabe; grandparents, Gardiner and Alma Allen; Walter and Muriel McCabe; aunt, Sheila Purdy; uncles, Tony Allen and Willy Rankin; cousin, Trevor Rankin. Angela is best described as a beautiful soul who “loved in a way that not all deserved”. She had a way of seeing light in every little thing that others may overlook. Angie took much pride in giving to others. You could always find her creating art projects for those she cared most about, making something beautiful out of something that was old, abandoned or broken. She loved spending time in her own backyard paradise that she was so very proud of, painting and drawing beautiful images. Most of all, Angie loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her dog Harley and her two boys, who she “loved more than there are waves in the ocean”. Being a devoted paramedic for upwards of 15 years, she found great pride in helping so many others, just like her brother and father who she always referred to as her heroes. She was described as a medic with immeasurable compassion for those in her care. The light that Angie brought to this world will now be found among the stars, which she was always so fond of gazing at. Shine bright, our beautiful light. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, with funeral service at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 22, both in MacDiarmid’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, 5075 Main Street, Oxford.
