Obituary for
Andrew Scott Casey
Casey, Andrew Scott – 32, of Valley, passed away suddenly on June 1, 2022 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. He was born in Truro on April 26, 1990. He is the son of Chris and Sonya (Crossman) Casey.
He is survived by his brother, Michael (Nadia Hassan); grandmothers, Sharon Rundle and Betty Crossman; aunts, Ann Crossman (Ray Telder), Brenda Mosher (James), Carol MacKenzie (Sedley), Pat Findlay (Kevin); great aunt, Carole Darrah (Dave); and uncles, Glen Casey (Karen), Kenneth Casey (Patricia), Tim Casey (Beth), Paul Casey and many cousins.
He was predeceased by grandparents, Raymond and Ruth Casey, Raymond Crossman and aunt, Debbie Jordan.
Andrew lived life to the fullest and always had a smile on his face. He had a vivacious laugh that would brighten up the room and make everyone smile. He thought the absolute world of his family and friends and would go above and beyond to do anything for them. He did everything wholeheartedly including gaming, hiking, fishing, watching anime, socializing and totally enjoying good food. Andrew’s kindness shined when he interacted with children and animals; who were both drawn to him. He will be forever missed by his family, friends and loyal cat, Misty.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro, NS where a visitation will be held on Saturday, June 4th at 3pm until time of a Celebration of Life Service at 4pm with Pastor Dave MacLean officiating.
