Andrew McGillivary
(1960-2022)
Andrew David McGillivary, 61, passed away peacefully on July
17, 2022, in Moncton N.B., surrounded by his loving
family.
Beloved soulmate and devoted husband to Suzanne (MacDougall),
much loved father of Abigail (Chris) and Benjamin (Melissa), he was

Andrew truly enjoyed his work, spending the majority of his
career as a principal architect with Architects Four Limited. Through
his hard work and attention to quality, and a commitment to honesty
and integrity, Andrew rose to President of the firm. His
high standard and strong work ethic are reflected in buildings
throughout the Maritimes including: Crandall University, Wesleyan

Centre for Healthy Living, many churches, schools, hospitals and
others.
Andrew was actively involved in the life of First Baptist
Moncton. He was a man of quiet strength and integrity. His
primary motivation throughout his life was his family and his
faith. This steadfast faith carried him through with
grateful hope, strength and dignity.
He poured into the community serving on several boards, and
shared his good fortune with multiple
charities.
Throughout Andrew’s life he pursued many passions
with excellence – his Scottish heritage, hiking, reading,
painting, martial arts, fine dining and many trips abroad with
Suzanne.
