It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Lynn Curtis (Legal: Andrea Lynn Renee Curtis), of Vancouver, BC, Canada on February 28, 2022, at the age of 71years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Dominique (Melissa), Andrea and Deanna; grandchildren: Darian, Jeremy, Jack, Nathan and Emma; siblings: Sharon, Carole, Thelma, Charles, Emma, Angela and Michele as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Lynn is pre-deceased by her parents, Janet & Alexander; son, Ian; siblings, Ruth and Paul.
She will also be dearly missed by her best friend of 31 years, Omcar Sun-Singh who became her main caregiver the last 20 years. Also, missed by friends at the 411 Seniors Centre & BC Blind Sports at Planet Bingo where she volunteered and played bingo at for years.
She will be fondly remembered for her high energy, big smile, bright colours and singing and dancing including her love of belly dancing. She was a talented crafter known for making belly dance belts and jewellery with real coins, knitting, crocheting, sewing and beading…
A Celebration of Life will be held in May or June 2022. Details will be posted when available.
She is now resting peacefully next to her son Ian at the Surrey Centre Cemetery.
