It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of of Anastazia Melnyk on Wednesday August 31, 2022 at the age of 98. Predeceased by her loving husband Paul Melnyk and beloved daughter Anna Zammit. Loving mother of Peter (Irena) and Bob (Gail). Adored mother in law of Joe Zammit. Cherished Baba of Mark , Lisa (Larry), Tom (Kris), Andrew (Kim), Kyle (Sarah), and Alexa (Adam). Proud great grandmother to Jeremy, Keenan, Ashley, Tyler, Riley, Emersyn and Marley. She will forever be remembered with love and admiration by her cousins in Ukraine Lena (Yura), Tanya and their families. Anastazia will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held at Turner & Porter “Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy10 N of QWE) on Thursday September 8th 2022 from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Josephat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 100 Franklin Ave, Toronto. Burial to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
