Amador, Paulo Jorge Duarte ‘Paul’
Paul passed away peacefully at his home in Meaford on Friday, February 11, 2022 after a courageous battle with Glioblastoma.
He was the loving partner of Judy Weir of Meaford.
Born on March 28, 1958, Paul was a son of Frank and Maria Amador of Brampton.
He was the brother of Ana Moffatt of Newmarket.
Paul was passionate about cycling, skiing and riding his Yamaha R1 Sport Motorcycle. He was a highly skilled programmer of the CNC machine, designing and machining prototype parts for medical and space industries for McFab Manufacturing in Brampton. He will be remembered and missed by his lifelong friends; Bill Flesch, Dave McMichael and Wayne Takeuchi.
A private celebration of Paul’s life will take place at the Ferguson Funeral Home in Meaford.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Gord Downey Fund for Brain Cancer Research would be appreciated and may be made through the Ferguson Funeral Home, 48 Boucher St. E, Meaford, ON N4L 1B9 to whom arrangements have been entrusted. www.fergusonfuneralhomes.ca

  1. Judy, It is so difficult for us to find the words to describe how sorry we are to hear the news about Paul. He was a great friend and there are so many memories of our times together that will never be forgotten. He was the happiest we had ever seen him when you entered his life. In these past months you have been there for him and he was very brave. He was very lucky to have you there. Our condolences to you, Ana and your families. Love, Brenda and Bill
