With great sadness, we, the family of Allister D. Courtney of Dingwall, announce his passing on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
Allister is survived by his wife, Linda (Larade) Courtney; children, Sherry Courtney (Larry), Porters Lake, Jamie Courtney, Neils Harbour and Amber (Sean) Rogers, Holyrood, NL; stepdaughter, Rachael Burton, Sydney; sisters, Dawn (Ken) Holowaychuk, Edmonton, Carolyn Courtney (Larry), Sydney River and Marilyn Courtney, Dingwall; grandchildren, Courtney and Jaxon; nieces and nephews, Craig, Natasha, Nathan, Nicole, Kenny and Maggi; and grandniece and nephew, Ava and Matthew.
Allister was predeceased by his parents, Dave and Margaret Courtney and nephew, Matthew.
Many thanks to all of Allister’s friends who visited daily and supported him throughout his journey and last, but not least, his four-legged buddy, Snoopers.

A graveside service will be held in Aspy Bay United Church Cemetery on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 1 p.m.
