It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Nick on June 29, 2022 at the Glace Bay Hospital surrounded by his family. Born in New Waterford, he was the son of the late William and Remegius

Nick at one time worked as a construction worker in Ontario as well as various jobs in his hometown. He had a passion for older model cars, particularly Lincolns and Cadillacs. well known and was very friendly.
He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Dixon, brother Charles; sisters Carmel, ON and Mary Nurse, New Glasgow; grandchildren Gordon Dixon And Rebecca MacLean, nephews, nieces and friend Joyce Reddick.
Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by his partner Sheila Brown, twin sister Agnes (Girlie) Bird; brothers-in-law David Nurse and Bobby Bird; son-in-law Derrick Dixon and sister-in-law Edna.
