Marchand, Allen (Al) Godfrey – Peacefully on March 7, 2022 in Miramar Beach, Florida.
Much loved partner and soulmate of Anne Harrison. Beloved husband of the late Mary
Giffin Marchand. Adored Dad to Carrie Lyon (Glenn). Proud Papa to Connor and Isabelle.
Best “fur” Dad and “fur” Papa to Ellie May and Reggie. Cherished Step Dad to Gary
Harrison (Ashley). Survived by his daughter Michelle Morrison (Jeff) and his grandchildren
Nicholas and Olivia.
Predeceased by his parents Godfrey and Norene Marchand. Survived by his siblings Ruthann
Turnbull, Robert Marchand (Carol) and Ronald Marchand (Kim). Remembered fondly by
family and close friends.
Al was loved by everyone and was a very active volunteer in his community at Sauble Beach.
He will be greatly missed.
Family and friends will be received for a Celebration of Life in the Trafalgar Room at Jones
Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 on Saturday April 30,
2022 from 3pm – 5pm.

choice would be greatly appreciated.
