Allen Ray Campbell – age 76 of Blaine passed away peacefully in his home with his family surrounding him in love on Thursday, August 25, 2022. Member of Block Springs Baptist Church. Allen retired from AT&T.
Preceded in death by parents, J. Bryan Campbell and S. Drucilla Mortan Campbell; siblings, Lena Ruth Barnes, Earnestine Houseright, Minnie Lou Hermecz, Joe B. Campbell, and Mary Lynn Cooper.
Survived by wife of 57 years, Carolyn Vineyard Campbell; children, Terri (Tip) Pressley and Kimberly (Sean Dudley) Campbell; grandchildren, Lindsey Jones Lawrence, Jenna Jones Morgan, Bryson Collins, Mary Marlino and Marc Marlino; and sisters, Marjorie Jarnagin and Betty Jean Newman.
The family will receive friends 6:00-7:00 PM on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Bridges Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 7:00 PM with Pastor Wayne Peace officiating. Family and friends will meet 9:15 AM on Sunday at Block Springs Cemetery for a 9:30 AM interment. Donations to support the Block Springs Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, PO Box 36, Blaine, TN 37709 will be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
