Passed away from a lengthy illness. Survived by wife Karen Carey (née Dubois), of 42 years, his children Coco Jones (Rick), and Jay Pringle (Leanne), brother Mike (Pat), 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Predeceased by his parents Gerald and Rose Carey (née Fucereli). He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. In keeping with Allan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. A special thank you to the nurses at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Charlton, for their excellent care of Allan. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
