Obituary
Antle, Alice (nee Malone) – Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving children on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at the age of 75 years. Left with loving memories are her daughter Linda (Steven Stoodley) and children Allison and Eric, sons Bob (Lynn Frizzell) and children Ben and Renée, Barry (Tina Power) and children Robyn, Katelyn, and Michelle, and Stephen (Joanne Wall) and his children Brianna, Erica and Emily, and step-children Natalie and Nicholas. Also left to cherish her memory are sisters Margaret Antle, Carol (Paul Holwell), Elizabeth (Reg Skanes) of Barrie, Ontario, sisters-in-law Genevieve (Jim Milani), Dot Cofield, Marjorie (Don Clark) and Patricia (Dom Dicks), brothers-in-law Leo Gosse, Mac Butt and Fred Vail and a large circle of family.
Alice is predeceased by her husband Robert Antle, parents Mary Malone and William Malone, sister Lillian Gosse, brothers Tom, Bill, and Robert Malone, and sisters- and brothers-in-law Joe Antle, Exie Malone, Edith (Clarence) Lester, Florence (Len) French, Marie (Tom) Ash, Ruth (Bill) Auchinleck, Shirley Butt, Jim Cofield, Joan (John) Tucker, Clarice Vail, and June (Kevin) Norman.
The family extends its thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the ICU and CCU of the Health Sciences Centre. As per her wishes, cremation will take place. Given current restrictions on gatherings, the family is planning a service for August 2, 2022 when we hope it will be safe to gather and celebrate Alice’s life.
